Embedded as a Technical Program Manager within Google’s XR organization through Magic Leap’s strategic partnership.

  • Manage 10 concurrent workstreams across 20+ engineers, connecting engineering, design, product, and release teams.
  • Drove Gemini-powered AI features for Android XR featured at Google I/O 2026; two additional XR app workstreams shipped to Google Play.
  • TPM for an internal platform serving multiple Google product organizations.

Marcus Nexus + Scrapius

Building AI products directly to keep technical judgment grounded in how modern agent systems actually behave.

  • Designed a multi-agent platform with persistent context and domain-scoped CEO, CTO, and CMO agents.
  • Built Scrapius, a live SaaS research product that routes between models based on task depth and user choice.
  • Work hands-on with Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, Claude Code, Cursor, Next.js, agent orchestration, and model routing.

Developer platform · Release systems

A release system teams could trust

Inherited an AR product after its first public launch with no repeatable path to the next release.

  • Reworked the branching model so every workflow state mapped to a real, testable build.
  • Created explicit gates and ownership across peer review, design QA, verification, platform QA, and release authority.
  • Separated planning, engineering, and design workflows while preserving their dependencies.
What it demonstrates

Established and sustained a quarterly release cadence for four consecutive quarters.

ML Spectator

Helped turn complex spatial capture technology into a product external developers could integrate and operate.

  • Shipped a Unity package through MLHUB and npm, paired with iOS and Android companion applications.
  • Coordinated a system spanning real-time rendering, mobile tracking, networking, video encoding, and compositing.
  • Treated breaking changes, discoverability, integration paths, and supportability as product-level program risks.

Interactive technology · Operating leadership

A decade from hands-on production to operating leadership

Progressed from Manager to Director of Interactive at Zerofractal, leading multidisciplinary delivery across web applications, interactive installations, 3D experiences, and emerging technology.

  • Managed teams of 6–10 developers and designers delivering work for clients including CONCACAF, Netflix, and COTY.
  • Delivered CONCACAF’s cloud-based media accreditation platform, used by hundreds of international journalists at Copa América 2016.
  • Advised executive leadership on emerging technology, including VR for COTY, while owning six-figure project scoping, forecasting, and P&L.

Define decision points, dependencies, risks, and success measures so teams can move without waiting for constant intervention.

Program structure should clarify technical decisions, not take them away from the engineers and leaders accountable for the work.
